These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ShareDrop (“the App”), operated by Subrahmanya Bhat (DingaLabs). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
• Use the App to violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure.

2. Accounts (where applicable)

If the App requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, design, code, and content, is owned by DingaLabs and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks, logos, or other brand assets except the limited right to use the App as intended.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DingaLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Third-party services

The App may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
